    How do you scan the QR code? I wont let me. It says it does not contain a mii

      When you are on your 3DS home screen, Hit L or R to boot up the quick cam, then on the bottom left of the bottom screen is a button that looks like a QR code, tap that and then you can scan it

      If you scan it with a 3DS it will take you to this page on the 3DS browser, so you don't have to punch the link in manually
